Käse-Windbeutel als Mitbringsel für Feste



Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Bei der Vorbereitung zu Lina’s Geburtstagsbrunch für den kommenden Sonntag sind wir über unser Käse Windbeutelrezept gestolpert. Da fiel uns ein, dass wir das eigentlich schon lange für Euch vorbereitet hatten. Wir hatten sie nämlich schon gemeinsam mit Finn zu seiner Schulfeier zubereitet. Die Käse Windbeutel finden immer reissenden Absatz beim Buffet und auch den kleinen Rabauken schmecken sie immer. Hier nun für Euch das Rezept:




300ml Milch
80g Rama
1 TL Salz
150g Mehl
1 Packung Reibekäse
3 Eier



Milch, Margerine und den Teelöffel Salz zusammen aufkochen. Den Herd ausschalten und das Mehl unterrühren, bis ein galtter Teig entsteht.

Die Packung Reibekäse plus die 3 Eier unterrühren, bis ebenfalls ein glatter Teig entsteht.

Kleine Häufchen mit Hilfe von zwei Teelöffeln aufs Backblech setzen (natürlich auf Backpapier).

25 Minuten bei 200 Grad Ober/Unterhitze, 180 Grad bei Umluft backen.





Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall entschieden und werden die Käse Windbeutel zum nächsten Brunch vorbereiten. Euch gutes Gelingen und guten Appetit.
